To undertake, authorize and control land and sea operations related to traffic and port services.
To manage the port service area and port uses.
To plan, design, construct, maintain and operate port works and services of the port and maritime signals.
To manage the port public domain and maritime signals.
To optimize the economic management and profitability of the assets and port resources.
To promote industrial and commercial activities related to port or maritime traffic.
To coordinate operations of the various modes of transport in the port area.
